Educational Background
B.S. in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, with minors in project management and structural engineering. Graduated with honors and was actively involved in multiple engineering societies and leadership programs. Continues professional development through specialized education and industry workshops to stay at the forefront of sustainable development practices.

Over 18 years in architectural design, project management, and construction development, managing projects leading project teams with 8-figure budgets both federal government and private sector. Has overseen numerous high-profile developments across the nation, specializing in commercial, mixed-use properties and affordable housing initiatives. Known for delivering projects on time and under budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards and sustainable building practices.

Our Services & Pricing
Design Consultation
Initial consultation (1st 30 minutes free), subsequent hours at $150/hour.
Includes project discussion, feasibility assessment, and preliminary design ideas.
2-D Concept Plans
Basic plans at $150/hour, detailed plans at $200/hour.
Includes layouts, spatial arrangements, and structural elements.
3-D Conceptual Design
Basic visualization at $250/hour, advanced modeling at $300/hour.
Includes 3D models, renderings, and virtual walkthroughs.
Additional fees: Travel beyond 15-mile radius ($100/hour), rush services (25% surcharge), and revisions (first one included, additional at $150/hour). Minimum billing: 4 hour for all services.
